Our collaboration with 121jobs Consultancy Services aims at assisting the people with various physical challenges to find a a job suitable to their physical conditions along with keeping in mind the various skills they possess and how would they be able to utilize those skills in the working environment. For this, many things have to be taken into consideration like their mobility level ( both interstate and intrastate mobility), physical strength, mental strength, educational level, accessibility of the work place and many such other things. So only when all the criteria get satisfied at both ends i.e employee's and employer's, placements are/can be done, which are duly and promptly informed to the candidate through an e-mail.

We try to do things which are realistically and practically possible as well as feasible, without raising false aspirations in people. But we promise to do what ever we can, in the most sincere way!
